What is ChatKa?
ChatKa is an AI Root-Cause Analyst for Grocery Operations.

How does ChatKa work?
At a high level:
1. Connect to your data warehouse
ChatKa connects securely to your existing data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) with read-only access.
2. Model your operational KPIs
Key KPIs such as Perfect Orders, On-Time Inbound, Substitutions, Waste, and Service Levels are mapped to the underlying tables and business logic.
3. Analyse KPI movements
When a KPI moves unexpectedly, ChatKa:
- compares recent performance to prior baselines,
- inspects inbound, stock, and fulfilment data,
- and identifies patterns such as supplier delays, shortages, or process issues.
4. Explain root cause and impact
ChatKa then returns:
- a narrative explanation of the root-cause chain,
- the main drivers (e.g. specific suppliers, SKUs, time windows),
- and an estimated margin or service impact.
5. Deliver insights where teams already work
Explanations are delivered directly inside Microsoft Teams or Slack, so supply chain and fulfilment teams can act immediately.
