By accessing or using Chatka's agentic intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Demo Website

Our public demo website is provided for evaluation purposes only. The demo uses synthetic data and pre-scripted scenarios. It does not represent production performance or capabilities for your specific use case.

3. Service Description

Chatka provides serverless agentic reasoning services for data analytics. The Service consists of:

• •Cloud Functions for autonomous reasoning agents
• •Event-driven orchestration via Pub/Sub
• •Context persistence in Firestore
• •SQL generation and execution for BigQuery

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Provide accurate information during registration and pilot setup
• •Maintain the security of your Google Cloud environment
• •Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer or access restricted areas

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data. Chatka does not claim ownership of any data processed through the Service. Your data remains in your Google Cloud environment.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatka Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
